If i have {Crosis, The Purger} equipped with {Illusionists Bracers}, can i chose 2 colours? Do i get to chose 2 players? Or does it not work in general?

Nope. It copies the ability. In order for the ability to be copied it must be on the stack. In order for it to be on the stack you must choose mode (color choice in this example), choose targets, and pay any costs.

Cbstrad is correct crosis is a trigger so the two do not even work together.
