2. 15 cards are new in each of the 5 decks. So wouldn't that make 75 new cards total?

I believe there will be some sharing. Like what happened to {Command Tower} last set. Maybe an artifact that lowers the cost of casting your commander?

Probably not. They've got a high cost, aren't all that awesome and EDH decks tend to be a bit more personal. The new product is coming out soon enough: I'd wait for them.
If not, just buy the things you want from the old precon and build a new deck. Nothing in them is worth that price tag, especially since {Scavenging Ooze} is in M14.
The "Mirror Mastery" you're looking at really doesn't have anything worthy of the price tag. {Spell Crumple} is $2, {Riku of Two Reflections} is like $5, everything else is relatively cheap on its own. You're going to want to update them with shocks, finish the bounce lands, add the tap lands, ect ect. Requires a bit of work.

In my opinion, i'd like to see some cards come out that effect your commander damage, like something that can remove or prevent some of the commander damage. I know they would have to make some edh specific cards, but they've already done that, so why not make cards that effect something that only happens in edh?

This is most likely the product you'll see those types of cards in. Cards that reference commanders or the command zone won't be printed in core/expert expansions. {Command Tower} is basically useless in every format but commander. So I'd say we've got a pretty good chance of seeing cards that could raise/lower commander tax, target/destroy/bounce commanders.
OMG! I will be buying one, maybe two, of each one they release.... This new commander is freaking amazing... Cannot wait... Seriously... More! I need more! Lol ;)

Prossh does a very Jund thing. It reminds me of "Jund" in Planar Chaos 2012, without the devour effect.
Indeed! But he is better because he is a sacrifice outlet, which can be used for so many things, especially in Jund. :)
