What cards to add? Hmm...

Getting {Mindsparker} two {Counterflux} and four {Izzet Staticaster}. Mindsparker is going in my sideboard. Are these all good editions? Should I take things out for them? Also, I have 2 {Render Silent}. The app is being weird.

Either it's missing from every standard-legal list or you've been had. The only version of that card I've been seeing is out of Conflux
.......

How about {hands of binding} than?

I don't attack much, don't need to.

i see cipher not so much as a combat trick as more of the combat as a minor nuisance. You don't have to attack with everything, you just have to get one guy through...oh! Cipher goes well with exalted for a control build!

Edit: a second look at the deck, and I see what you mean

Just posted a competing deck, KCAD. Seeing which is better.

Lands!!!  I run a deck with a super low curve and still have 21 lands. I'd say for a deck like this, 24 lands at a minimum!  Hell, 24 should be the starting point for every deck.  And cut the one-ofs.  Consistency is key in constructed. A one-of should be something you really don't wan to see very often, but will help make that final push in the end.

I'd say dump {Blustersquall}, {Cancel}, {Mindstatic}, {Claustrophobia}, {Gridlock}, {Agoraphobia}, {Paralyzing Grasp}, {Melek, Izzet Paragon}, {Lavinia of the Tenth}, {Nivmagus Elemental}, {Nivix Guildmage}, {Elite Arcanist}, one {Warleader's Helix}, both {Archaeomancer}s, both {Lyev Decree}s, {Essence Backlash}, {Chandra's Outrage}, and then some for:

3 {Sphinx's Revelation}, 3 more {Guttersnipe}, 4 {Azorius Charm}!!, 1 more {Aurelia's Fury}, 2 more {Ral Zarek}, 2 more {Detention Sphere}, 1 {Oblivion Ring}, 2 more {Shock} (if you're against {Searing Spear}), 3 {Syncopate}, 3 more {Render Silent} (if you're against using {Dissipate}) and add 7 more lands

I will update as soon as possible. I disagree with this, it works very well. My only concern is there being no X burn in m14/RtR.

No problem. I'm going to run those in the deck I'm building.

Do you think this deck is a good deck?

I can see it working pretty well. But I wonder if you ever have any problems contending at times bc you don't draw what you need. Alot of 1 ofs in here, does that effect you? And also how about  {Syncopate}? I find it helps quiet my opponent in the early game alot.

I agree.  I think  {Dissipate} and  {Syncopate} are a must have counter tandem.  Also you need more than one of each.  IMO three to four of each.   {Guttersnipe} is a definite must add.

I have three guttersnipe in here, also, this is built for the rotation.

I only saw the one guttersnipe.  Sorry.  IMO it is too difficult to build for the rotation before the set is even spoiled.

Well, I built it after it was spoiled. Also, I'm not usually affected by only having 1 ofs. I also took out the mindstatics and now I have:

3 {Render Sikent}
2 {Counterflux}

Yeah, thinking to add {Volcanic Geyser} in, since {Devils Play} used to win me a lot of games. Also, should I make a new deck for a 2hg game paired with a really good Rakdos Aggro?

Well, I don't really need consistency, a lot of my cards do sumir things.

There's a ton of different variables between similar and same.

I see your point. Which ones should I take out, if I had more of all those?
