Title: Rude Combo
Post by: Fricker13 on July 18, 2013, 11:46:06 AM
Could I play {phyrexian dreadnought} then play another one before the first technically needs to be burried so that I can sacrifice the first to the seconds ability?

Because you played one after another i believe they enter the battlefield separately.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

With flash I'm sure it would work. What about without it?

Yes flash would work, but i mean i'd rather just run {torpor orb} and ignore the sacrifice all together 😁

Without flash it would not work.

Technically you would sac tge first to the second because that is the only way to work triggers around

So to sum up. Only if you flash in a second with the first one's ability on the stack will this work. Seems pretty silly considering the number of combos that envolve just one dreadnuaght, but this is a rules question not a deck building question.

Thanks guys, {torpor orb} seams the best way to pull off a quick {phyrexian dreadnought} plus it's a good offense card, an artifact and only mana cost two. Lol, can anyone see a {dark ritual} in this.
