A $20 puresteel deck I made for fun, I was so tired of seeing the same vampire, werewolf, zombie and delver deck lists and I saw that interesting stalker deck here in standard and it got me thinking if it were possible to make a puresteel deck on a budget of 20 bucks and I think it came out okay, if I upped it to $25 there would be some better common and uncommon cards

I have a Puresteel deck myself. {Bonehoard} or {Strata Scythe} from Scars can be good.

That is like saying all I have say to creature decks is {doom blade}......there are cards to counteract deck types.  I think he is looking for advice how to build it better not destroy it

It's good, but you need other boosts too, otherwise you're effectively only getting +1/+0 .

There have been sad occasions of 2 damage for 3 consecutive turns lol

Now, {Invisible Stalker} + {Inquisitor's Flail} + {Sliver-Inlaid Dagger} = 8 damage a swing!

$5 card kinda Over budget but I definitely agree, I'd run {mirran crusader} over him though if I was going to spend the money

Maybe swift foot boots but I think you need to focus on pumping the stalker who is hex and unblockable anyway so the darksteel plate does not really help.  Also you will have the double striker pumped as well and will not have to worry since he will strike first.

I'm not sure I'd want to use the boots since it provides no bonuses and my stalkers have hexproof anyway

That article looks really cool! I like the variant and I had been thinking about working with black because there's such nice removal and combo cards with white

I think blak may be an interesting budget mix, possibly better than blue but with invisible stalker it makes it very hard to give up
