Notes: A (kinda) mono-blue control deck based around 'dismiss into dream' that I had thought up. Pillar will be swapped for shock when things cycle.

It's a work in progress. I definitely am looking for some feedback.
This deck is a good start, but how does it win? I see tons of control, but no damage other than Ral and Ætherling. Also the only red in there is Ral. You could either take him out or add more red. Jace, Memory Adept could be taken out. It is great in a decking deck, but Architect is much better.
You could always add Red removal to deal with creatures and would help with Dismiss into dream. A shock could kill any creature.
Yeah, I agree. The red splash was last minute. I have to sit down and see what could be added if I go full izzet. I like shocks. Spears. I was also thinking of a staticaster or two. Opinions?
As for memory adept, I spent a lot of grueling time on whether or not to cut another architect for the memory, and I felt that its a good draw source, and a good decking outlet. But if I had a better more consistent win condition, I would stray from decking
-1 {Disperse}
+1 {Cyclonic Rift}
If you put more red in {Guttersnipe} is a good choice with all of the spells
I like swapping disperse for another cyclonic rift. I like Guttersnipe. I'm having a hard time making cuts though. I'd probably cut a negate or 2
I feel like you could get a good win condition if you put more red in. Maybe something with {guttersnipe} as Vindog said or {young pyromancer}
I made an edit, including more red. Added two staticasters and guttersnipes. I had thought of young pyromancer, but I feel he is too susceptible to hate. And won't do enough on the field.
{Dissipate} > {Cancel}
I actually just posted an updated version that included dissipates over cancel
After a proxy play test, this deck just isn't strong enough. Not enough control to warrant the lack of speed. To push this deck in the right direction would cost too much, and it costs a lot as it is. I'm scrapping it
Before you scrap it try running a few {Ash Zealot}
