This...{mind funeral} is one if my favorite dimir cards. Mirko uses this effect which makes me love him.

No mind funeral?? A 3 drop with that effect is unbeatable

{Mind Funeral} isn't standard.

Oh yeah hahahah I forgot, I'm so in love w/that card. As soon as I saw it in the Alara draft, I knew it would be a staple card.

Just a suggestion but what about paranoid delusions? Ciphering that onto perhaps an {Invisible Stalker}?

That's 8 card slots for 1 damage and 3 mill a turn.  If I wanted to have a way to continuously mill cards, I would use {curse of the bloody tome}.

I didn't say you needed 4 of each, and it was just a suggestion. After all it IS your deck. And IMO the psychic spiral wouldn't be as effective as perhaps a {traumatize} from M14 because you won't have TOO many cards in your graveyard, although I do see that probably the point is more getting the mill cards back in your library

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude.  And thanks for telling me that {Traumatize} was reprinted.  I'm going to put those in.

It's all good dude, now that I think about it, the  combo I just said wouldn't be as effective as the traumatize either hahah

Should I put in {Tome Scour}s?

I sure would put some in. It's an excellent 1 drop.

Lmao that would be brutal with all the new cards such as mind grind.

I put a few Tome Scours in.

Also, about the {syncopate}s.  Should I keep those in the sideboard or should I add some to the main deck?

I'd sideboard them. Dissipate is a better mainboard card

2 guildmages for 2 augurs?
Title: Re: Dimir Decking + Control

Honestly the augurs are really helpful, I'd probly only run 2, maybe 3 consuming abs

{trepenation blade} on {vampire nighthawk} is amazing. Might want to think about {duskmantle seer} as well to help reload your hand with mill spells

I just bought this deck.  Thanks to everyone who helped with this deck.  This deck wouldn't have been nearly as good without your help.
