Say I have a  {Wolfir Silverheart} paired to a random creature and I have a  {Legion's Initiative} in play if they verdict, and I sac Legions can I choose a new creature to soul bound with?

Just to clarify, {legions initiative} is not sacrificed. It is exiled.
