{Tormod's Crypt} stack on {Kozilek, Butcher of Truth} and no more kozey, come on man, you think people playing mil decks haven't though of ways to screw you?
And u can still exile avacyn, and if u aren't playing any exile abilities, then you are probably countering them. :)

Anyone not having a {swiftfoot boots}, etc in thier deck hasn't been playin commander long. Should gave mentioned but thought the bazinga was implied.

{Martyr's Cry} or {Merciless Eviction} plus u can still o-ring etc the boots, or destroy them with the copious amounts of artifact removal.

Plus the crypt doesn't target, so hexproof wouldn't help. Also, the kozilec is already in the GY and you play the crypt while its get out of GY free affect is on the stack (as was mentioned).
