For those that are wondering {hidden strings} gives you a valid target for {hands of binding} I think

A.K.A, untap one of there creatures that you don't want smashing your face in next turn, then use the hands to make that happen

I thought that you could use it on a tapped creature, because its an effect, not a cost.

Although, I will admit that {Dungeon Geist} doesn't let you choose a new target every turn.
