The only discard I see is {Ostracize}.  Maybe add {Despise}, {Duress}, {Appetite For Brains}, etc?

I use {Wistful thinking} too, pretty good with {megrim} on the field. :)

True, but they're already in his deck list. Why not play both?

Because a great discard deck needs more draw then damage

You need to keep both you and your opponent drawing for discard targets

So you can go that way and draw the cards you need

 {Howling Mine} and/or {Temple Bell} help to keep drawing.
