Title says it all, i wanna make a unique {nicol bolas} edh, and i dont want it to cost more than about 150. :)
Edit: Good suggestions will get you a +1 ;)
Good ol' {Nicol Bolas}, the original EDH general.
Grixis has a lot of options to work with. What kind of play style/win strategy do you prefer to play with?
Some key cards to include:
{Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker}
{Gem of Becoming}
{Slave of Bolas}
{Terminate}
{Dreadbore}
Some cards I just like a lot:
{Dire Undercurrents}
{Ghastlord of Fugue}
{Demigod of Revenge}
{Dominus of Fealty}
{Unscythe, Killer of Kings}
{Elder Mastery}
{Thraximundar}
{Exquisite Blood}/{Sanguine Bond}
So yeah, as you can see, Grixis has access to some pretty bonkers options in control, creatures, and combo. Your first step is to decide which play style you want! Then it'll be a lot easier to recommend specific cards for you, too
I was thinking a lot of removal and card draw for my deck, i made a basic shell earlier, and it runs quite well. I will take a look at your suggestions now...

Im liking all these.... And yeah i know the blood and bond combo but i dont really wanna have it in there as it could be difficult since i dont have enchantment tudors in there....
Card draw is easy for you! Blue has the easiest access
{Blue Sun's Zenith}
{Mind Spring}
{Mind Unbound}
{Minds Aglow}
I could go on for ages with blue draw spells.
Black has {Bloodgift Demon}, {Necropotence}, and {Phyrexian Arena} to help you draw, too.
As for removal, black and red are loaded. Black has all the single-target removal spells in the world, plus some board wipes ({Damnation}, {Black Sun's Zenith}, {Life's Finale}). Red can do massive damage across the board with {Blasphemous Act}, {Earthquake}, {Magmaquake}, and the like.
And tutoring stuff? You have black! {Diabolic Tutor}, {Diabolic Revalation}, {Increasing Ambition}, {Rhystic Tutor}, {Demonic Tutor}, {Vampyric Tutor}
{keening stone} {artful dodge}!{traumatize}
{quicksilver dagger} on bolas works well, makes your opponent discard their hand and you get to draw a card. I would also think about using a {tormods crypt} or other graveyard exile cards to handle any graveyard manip they might be running, or for flashback cards. If you decided to run the qs dagger, {sigil of sleep} is also a decent card to use in tandem, cuz it will bounce a creature they control back to their hand for you to counter the next turn. I've recently made a bolas EDH, and I don't think it'll cost too much unless you really wanna sink some money to get some decent cards, but I find most of my deck consists of commons and uncommons.

{Ral Zarek}
{Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}
{Yawgmoth's Will}
{Propaganda}
{Ancestral Vision}
{Bribery}
{No Mercy}
{Fork}
{Reverberate}
The draft of the deck will be up soon!
