Do I have to sac a second creature? Or does it copy the fling and its damage amount?

If reverberate said you have to pay the costs again then yes you would, otherwise you are just copying the effect :)

(Short answer is no, cost is already paid)

This makes me want to put my mono red fling deck back together. Took 7th at an FNM but didn't like only flinging one creature, but {reverberate} the fling will make this outrageous!!!!
