So I was super bored doing some modern masters draft when I realized storm isn't dead storm can never be dead was up all night trying to figure out how to make it a deck again and came up with this I hope you like it!

Also with the new legend rule you get to cast {Mox Opal} twice!!!!
I think your deck is very good because it's like legacy belcher you can make very easy 10 tokens turn 1. i think you should replace {Infernal Tutor} with {Serum Powder}.
I think it is to dificult to go of in turn 1 with tutor and warrens because you need 6 mana.
Also if you can't go of turn 1 your opponent could cast {Pyroclasm} or {Whipflare} and you won't have a mana for casting something like {Brave the Elements}.
Also lotus bloom is bad because go of in turn 4 is to slow!
I tested it today at the fnm with my list. (+ 4 {Serum Powder} + 4 {Mishra's Bauble} - 4 tutors and - 4 lotus)
It has a 50-60% of turn 1 around 12 gobs.
Turn 2 around 90%.
