I wanted to build around {Chandra Pyromancer} and this is how I will start, by utilizing that second ability. Along with the help of Melek, you can dig until you see those miracle spells on top.
I don't have DMZ on my database, because my iPod is old as crap. So I won't expect M14 on here either. Make suggestions because they are much needed. :)
Bump, added some prominent M14 cards that could help this deck, along with {Elixer of Immortality} which can shuffle all those nice miracle cards back in your library.
Well I finished it up. Any cards that I should cut? So far {Index} has helped tremendously with its ability to find those cards with miracle.
Standard legal?
Since ur already past the point of standard legal... Why not just use {Faithless Looting} combo with {Noxious Revival} . I have a legacy deck that uses these with {Bonfire of the Damned} , {Past in Flames} , {Grapeshot} , {Chandra's Phoenix} and a few mana accel card cards like {Seething Song} {Rite of Flame} and {Pyretic Ritual} . Add some {Lightning Bolt} {Increasing Vengeance} and get super dirty
Wait how is this not standard legal. When M14 comes out it is. All the way up until October when Innistrad through M13 rotates out.

It's Chandra pyromaster not pyromancer everyone keeps messing that up because of young pyromancer
