I'm looking for cards that don't break the bank but that will also act as effectively in place of the big budget cards.

How much is your overall deck budget cause I have a budget Charbelcher for you that's I'd. Around 90 dollars for the entire deck
Feel free to share deck lists if you want. But honestly that's been my problem with physical magic is the card cost. Yes 10$ is a bit much and considering most of the good ones you want a playset of it can really start to add up. I like to find unique combos with somewhat unexpected commons and uncommons. I created the thread to see what kinda feed back it caught. I enjoy entertaining the thought of incorporating other similar combos
{Death's Presence} + {Bloodflow Connoisseur} + {Requiem Angel}.
I don't know how much this costs. I just happen to have theses cards laying around, myself.
But it's a heavy +1/+1 Junk token thing.
Sacrifice any creature: +1+1 to Bloodflow and +1/+1 with Death's Presence. You get a spirit and two more +1/+1s.
I call it the machine gun crab combo, {hermetic study} + {horseshoe crab} then add a whenever a creature deals damage effect such as {curiosity} or many other.
Raid combo. Red token makers and mana spells with draw card. Makes a giant loop that draws your deck or at least most of it then {massive raid} or {barrage of expendables} to the face.
{sanguine bond} + {exquisite blood} i have a list that works really good with this. The deck is crazy fun to play and it's pretty cheap.
