Can you tap more than one {W} or {B} each time you can use extort?
Ex. Play {Pacifism} have a {Basilica Gaurds} in play with 3 mana left over can I use this mana for extort?
You can use one mana per permanent with extort. If you only have one permanent with extort, you can only pay mana once, and that's it. If you have three, you can pay it three times (once for each extort permanent) and so on.
RESOLVED
So when I play pacifism I can only use one mana correct?
Correct
Thank you.
This rule is obviously bypassed by {Pontiaff of Blight} (I would highly recommend it in an extort deck)

I wouldn't say it is "bypassed" per se, it is more of having two of the same triggers on the same creature.
And you still need to pay mana to activate each instance
The mana payment isn't the question though lol I'm fine with paying mana and gaining life ^-^ I was just hoping it was similar to other abilities like idk {W}{R}: target creature gets +1/0 until end of turn
Where you could pay as mana combos of mana necessary to activate the ability to activate it again and again and again etc..
Orzhov is already the most powerful of all the guilds in multiplayer, if that we're the case, orzhov would be so broken it wouldn't even be funny.

Yeah I was play testing just to see how my deck draws were every first like 4 turns by turn five I either had the ability to remove any creature I pleased or extort for like 6 each turn (this was without actual players so not entirely accurate) but still the super life steal say you have 3 {kingpin's pet} and you extort in a 5 player multiplayer game. That's 15 life ontop of whatever card you just cast.
