Each changeling gets +1/+1

The help text on the coat of arms card helps out.  It says, 3 goblins on the board so each goblin gets +2/+2.

Each other creature that shares a type with it gets the bonus.

So if each changeling is a 1/1, they each now become 2/2

The bonus is for each creature that shares a type not each type that is shared. Therefore a goblin shaman would recieve the same bonus from a goblin or shaman as it would from another goblin shaman.

In other words, it only receives the bonus once, not once for each creature type, just once for each creature that shares the type.
