{Chromatic Lantern}

It should not because even though {blood moon} turns them all into basic mountains, {chromatic lantern} still adds "*tap* add one many of any color to your mana pool".
Mountain or not, they can still tap for any color.

Does it affect chromatic lanterns first ability?? I know it does not affect chromatic lantern itself since it is an artifact.

It doesn't. It just means your lands have 2 mana abilities, which 1 of them is given by your chromatic lantern.

Effectively, yes. It's a pretty nice one-sided mana lockdown.
