4 Drownyards seems like a bit much?

This, 4 counts of colorless land leaves you with 20 counts of B and U, which for your mana curve seems a tad to low. Perhaps try an additional 2 colored lands and see how that flows?

{Jace, Memory Adept}

Can be the ultimate win condition if you build control around him.

I disagree. In a two color mill deck, I would run 5 if I could. I have some experience with managing mana as my current deck is 4 color control. I get by (sometimes with difficulty) with 3 spell lands. I think that with only 2 colors he you should be fine running 4 drownyards. You pretty much always want to see it.

If you already have the wight, why not add  {Consuming Aberration}? It is basically the same thing but much better. Also, for milling,  {Jace, Memory Adept} is great, milling them for ten each turn once you get him out. And finally,  {Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker} is a must have. He has evasion, and in well shuffled decks, it could be lethal.
