You buy DotP and get a code that you use at the WoTC site, then you print off a paper an take it to your LGS. They give you the pack

It's not too hard, it like printing a coupon from the Internet before going to the movies or something. I wish it worked like the first DotP redemption code, lol. With the first code it was worded strange to where you could print out an infinite number of codes and get as many promo {Nissa Revane}s as you wanted. My friend still has like 15.
I never new there was a promo Nissa. Which came first: the promo or the original, because I note a specific change in the artwork.

Nissa was from around m10 era I think , anyway I remember curious comics near me had a ton of these promos when avacyn came out for sale (like $5 each I think) I had only bought 1 but so wish I bought more
