This is what I've been toying with. Didn't start as my original idea, but I didn't like the original deck list and I've messed with it quite a bit. Thoughts? It's pretty fun to play
Fiend hunter in place of oblivion ring? Can pump your champion and if Thalia is on the field won't cost the extra 1 mana.
I tried {Fiend Hunter} for a while, but it ended up not being as good because of Planeswalkers. I got slaughtered by a {Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} ulti twice last Wednesday. I may try a one of O ring maindeck with {Fiend Hunter}s replacing the other two and mess with the sideboard.
I sort of want to maindeck {Angel of Jubilation}, but I can't get myself to make the cuts. I don't want six creatures with four CMC, but I don't want to drop {Sublime Archangel}
Maybe take out precinct captain? Don't see why you need him. Doesn't pump your champion cause they are soldier tokens, not humans. Maybe take out a Thalia and the 3 precinct captains add 2 knight of glory's and 2 of your angel or 3 of each angel? Or add other two drops instead of the knights, I dunno. Also which creature are you gunna attack with alone with all the exalted?
Definitely like {Precinct Captain}. He is a 2 drop 2/2 first striker that makes dudes. Slap a {Silverblade Paladin} on him and he can be pretty sweet.
While the {Champion of the Parish}s are good, they aren't the thing to watch for. {Silverblade Paladin} and {Sublime Archangel} are super sick. It makes me happy to see the champ eat a removal spell. Lets me Silverblade my {Geist of Saint Traft} and beat face.
As for who'll be attacking, anyone with {Spectral Flight} or {Silverblade Paladin}! Or just the Sublime! Sublime is so damn good!!
Ok, so your the exalted is just for the last killing blow? Just slap down your angel and attack with a double striker, sounds pretty awesome and deadly.

I had Skyknights in, but I decided on {Azorius Arrester} instead. Yeah, skyknight is flying, but it is super squishy and costs one more mana. And blue, at that.
I play a deck simaler deck to this one. I play arresters and restoration. They can bounce each other the arrestor pumps the champ. Not cost effective tho. But a bonus when locked and waiting. I prefer d-spheres to oblivion. I get 3rd or fourth place every week.
