I present to you all...budget uril :-)

Uriel makes for great powerful budget commander, as aura cards tend to be pretty light on the wallet. He's also pretty straightforward, and fun to play, making him one of the best commanders for people new to the format, in my opinion. My first deck was Uril, and he'll always have a special place in my love for EDH.

All that aside, a few cards I'd suggest for your consideration:
- {Three Dreams}
- {Elemental Resonance}
- {Flickerform}
- {Shield of the Oversoul}
- {Scourge of the Nobilis}

What would you swap for those? I like them all

Hmm... Tough call. Have you play tested the deck yet? How is your mana situation? If you find yourself with extra mana often, you can get rid of a mana rock or two. It might require a few sample draws to pick out which cards don't help you as much as others, because at a glance they all seem useful. And as held evident by my recent deck, it takes me a long time to choose which cards to cut at the end of an EDH deck :P

Actually right now i dont have enough for the standard deck i want, which is why i run mono black rats at fnm right now.... So yeah, runnin too low to make the deck, but i will eventually.
