Is there a way to make all your creatures black in addition to there other colors? If so teysa would be monstrous..

Yeah!  {Painter's Servant} does that!
And if I have two of them, I can make all my creature black and white!

Nope, servant turns all cards which are not on the battlefield.

It has weird wording.

It means, cards not on the battlefield, AND spells, AND permanents.

A card is not a permanent when not in play, and it says permanents as well.

I thought so too!  The ban list here says it isn't though.

The ban list has been wrong before.
I remember I posted if {seething song} was unbanned because it wasn't banned in our database.  Someone brought up a link to the official ban page.  And sure enough it was on there.

So I think this deck isn't legal.  Sorry Tesya. :(

It is legal!  I just checked the Wizards website and {Painter's Servant} is totally modern legal!

The combo you're thinking of isn't modern legal because one of the cards is too old.
But

Every card in the deck is legal in modern.
