I would take out curse and killing wave and put in {Bonfire of the Damned} and {Blasphemous Act} or {Devil's Play}
+1 to this deck mainly because I love curse of the pierced heart!
As for constructive criticism/feedback, I have none, cotph ftw!
Personally i would say drop a bonfire for something else. 4 of seems a little too much. This deck can run kinda aggro, and the odds of having one of your 4 of-s in the opening hand can be quite high. You are more or less aiming to miracle that, so i would lower the odds of getting it in your opening hand if this was my deck.
{Searing Spear} seems like decent burn... I would take out a bonfire and probably the blasphemous acts and put them in the SB for the spears. Just side in against aggro
{Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded} is very good against control. Stick him turn 2. +1. +1. -4. You just dealt 4-6 damage. That's at least a boros charm, plus digging through your deck along the way at no card advantage loss (unlike single use looting like {Izzet Charm}'s ability).
