15 lands is a little low.. Idk the mana curve but its rare that 15 lands will suffice

Exactly, I'd suggest running a minimum of 20 in this deck, preferably 22

Also id cut 9 cards, as 22 is already a minimum # for a 60 card deck, in a 69 card deck well.. Try for 60 and dont even worry about the % of land needed
