Title: Illusion creatures
Post by: Melek the fire on June 14, 2013, 03:52:52 PM
So in a match I was in I played {leyline phantom} an illusion creature and it was targeted by {cluastrophobia} my opponent said since illusions go away once targeted it was destroyed. I know other illusion creatures have that once targeted they die disadvantage, but if it doesn't say it on the card it doesn't apply right ? Not all illusions naturally just have this unspoken ability right?

Correct, even though it is common for the two to coexist just because it is an illusion or has the ability does not mean the other as well.

Exactly. The only thing truly in common for illusions is they have some major draw back. So far this has included sacrificing and returning to your hand to my knowledge.
