Any suggestions for improvements would be appreciated.
Hey, so I don't know how competitive you want to play with your deck but you need to start with consistency. Not so many one of because you will find that will keep you from being able to hit win conditions often. Now as for cards to work around look for these {Dryad Militant} {Advent of the Wurm} {Call of the Conclave} {Unflinching Courage}. Obviously these arnt the only cards but make these the base of the deck because these are powerful cards in these colors. Also you already know about voice but that's will take some $$$ to get. Just start with a consistent base of cards and branch off and you will do well
I have been slowly trying to make a competitive Selesnya deck as well, and you have a good start. I would suggest taking out the Coursers Accord and adding 4 Call of the Conclave; 1g and 1w mana for a 3/3 Centaur, much more efficient and gets set up early so it can be populated. Midnight Haunting is a better way to get flyers than Seller of Songbirds. I would also definitely add Parallel Lives (doubles the amount of tokens that come in when an effect would create tokens) and Intangible Virtue (tokens get +1/1 and Vigilance). Wake the Reflections is a cheap way to populate. With those cards this deck can get out of hand fast; turn 2 you can have a 3/3 Centaur, next turn you populate and put out Intangible Virtue, and you have 2 4/4s that can swing and still block.
Great deck, tokens can be really fun to play, especially once you have the dough to play Voice of Resurgence.
Thank you to the two of you who posted suggestions. I've decided to use some of what each of you suggested, so I am removing the following cards from the deck:
Centaur Healer
Seller of Songbirds
Starling gatekeepers
Sunspire gatekeepers
Maze sentinel
Maze behemoth
Giant growth
Holy mantle
Hold the gates
Risen sanctuary
Tower defense
Riot control
2x root born defenses
4x centaur's herald
2x Druid's Deliverance
Titanic growth
Guardian of the gateless
And am adding the following cards:
2x growing ranks
2x unflinching courage
2x waking the reflections
3x advent of the wurm
1x eyes in the skies
2x intangible virtue
2x dryad militant
4x parallel lives
4x call of the conclave
I think that should make it much nastier. What do you think?
Stupid auto correct. Starling gatekeepers should be Saruli Gatekeepers. It's still being removed from the deck.
I think those are great changes, Wurm and Conclave are cheap but strong token generators, and with 4 Parallel Lives you'll have a lot of them.
I also forgot to mention that Avacyn's Pilgrim helps to speed the deck up considerably.
I also have a selensyia and I run it as a token/life gain deck and if your going for token I would look into getting some {Armada Wurm} basically x2 5/5's with trample and with one of them being a token your parallel lives will put three out and growing ranks and wake the reflections will populate the .poo. out of it! Real quick lol that's my thought anyway its worked for me so far.
