I just broke my hand doing board breaks at karate. Give me your sympathies. I'm not feeling very happy right now.
Congratulations on being able to type this? Idk how to respond lol
Did you at least break the boards?
"Now for a special treat everyone, taysby has failed to break the boards before him, but managed to break his hand. This is a shameful act, and he has chosen to commit seppuku for you all!... Sorry folks, it seems he missed and instead ended up wounding his none broken hand." What a day. Lol
"Then in a fury he jumps off the nearest cliff only to break his legs, unable to make any more desperate attempts at ending his own life. He resorted to crying." The end :)
What a great story
Well this took a weird turn...

That's cause you had improper technique. I, on the other hand, just tried to break too big of a board.
Proper technique will handle bigger boards too ;)

And there comes a limit to where proper technique can't help you anymore and I just becomes a matter of how strong your bones are. Try punching the next brick you see. I guarantee that if you haven't trained and trained even if you have perfect technique your bones won't be conditioned for it and they will break instead of the brick.
I didn't say anything about bricks. You're talking to a martial artist; I know they're harder. So are cars and buildings. Those would be way harder than a board, but that's off topic. I was talking about boards, nothing else.
Sorry no sympathies since I've tried to brake a cinder block before, I cracked it , then pulped it with my knee, walked funny for a day, WORTH IT
