Title: Dramatic rescue clarification
Post by: STeNO on June 12, 2013, 06:30:47 AM
If I declare a blocking creature of my own against an attacking one, then play dramatic rescue on my blocker, does that prevent combat damage from attacking creature whilst saving the one I returned?

Assuming that the attacking creature does not have trample, yes!

Once a creature is declared as blocked, it remains blocked for the rest of combat, even if the blocker disappears because of something like {Dramatic Rescue}.
