What are some cool tribes you guys can think of that is supported enough to have a deck built around them?
Illusions. {Lord of the Unreal} + {Phantasmal Image} and {Phantasmal Bear}, {Phantasmal Image}, {Phantasmal Dragon}, {Krovikan Mist}.
I've got an whole illusions EDH deck, lots of fun - very swingy powerlevel wise.
Goblins, elves, vampires, fairies, eldrazi, humans
ATOGS!!!
Rats
Demons are fun. Demon/human ftw
Love this thread. MM brought giants into my radar. I've also enjoyed saprolings, ninjas, and Myrs a lot lately. And I say it whenever I get a chance:
Merfolk!

Hah! Those things are weird. And they were before I started playing. Maybe I'll have to make a deck and learn what they're all about.
HOW COULD I FORGET MYR?!

HOW COULD I FORGET MYR?!
Right?!
On a side note we need to establish if the plural is Myr or Myrs. Because if I have to change my Myr deck name to Haul of Myr then I quit that tribe 😜.
Ninja's are awesome. Otherwise, humans are beast.

Wait, how do you pronounce it?? I've always pronounced it like the first part of murder. Do you pronounce it similar to mirror?

Are illusion decks worth it in modern? I have a play set of all those cards but seem like a drawback with the destruction once targeted thing. I have some hexproofing to help them tho.

I play them in modern, they're not really as good as the other higher tiered decks, but you can occasionally win some games.
Weirds!
I played against a wizard EDH deck the other day, it was brutal!

I like the sound of "mur" as plural and "meer" as singular.
I want frogs to be a thing. Early in my days of magic I created a Frog tridal deck of my own creations. It was OP until some one cast {day of judgement}.
No one has said sliver yet?

Slivers should be a given. Also, nobody likes them! :P
The original slivers were awesome. These new slivers are like unwanted step-children in the magic world.
I'm excited for them, tho I've only been into magic since ravnica

I think it was established by a Wizards bro that Myr sounds like beer. And the flavor text on Myr cards involving plural Myr uses the same term for singular and plural (I.E. {Myr Enforcer})
Well there it is then.
Surprised no one mentioned spirits or elementals
Treefolk and Golems are fun also
Did somebody call for a {Megatog}?
Sylvan's are also a tribe yes?
My first "good" deck that I ever built was a Soldier tribal deck.
I've always wanted to build an all Elemental deck too. One of these days I'll throw together a {Horde of Notions} EDH deck go nuts with {Coat of Arms}.
What about insects as a tribe? Or bears? Wait...bring back birds as a tribe! Bet no one expected me to say that last one
How did no one mention squirrels?
I never understood why they made Devil a creature type. What is the difference between a Devil and a Demon?

ones a farmer! (The pitchfork) the other is cattle! Mooooooooo!
Allies, soldiers, angels, even cats
Rebels maybe or krithkin
You know what tribes I couldn't get into? Rebels and allies. They're a state of being instead of the usual races accociated with tribal cards. I suppose that's a mighty double standard, though, because I love knights and soldiers, clerics and wizards, and druids and ninjas. Go figure.

THIS!!
Also, Vampires get stupid. Werewolves are fun, if not necessarily competitive
Haha elves and vamps are my fab tribes. I have 2 elf decks and 1 vamp. Both are deadly!

{Riot Devils}
Flavor text says it all :)
Elves and goblins are classic. Vamps are a lot of fun to play with, and there are so many things one can do with humans.
What If there was an elf vampire? Or an elf goblin? Or a goblin vampire?

There is! {Gaea's Skyfolk}. Owning a playset of these may not impress mtg players much but my 9 year old girl cred is through the roof.
