I'd rather nivmagus, he gets 2 counters and he's a one drop. Ill use the cipher for him a couple times, but I'm thinking of getting his counters from artful dodges flashback. I also dontreally want any more creatures, I just want this deck to be about the hydras haha. Oh and any cipher cards that might help?
You do realise that the spells you exile from the stack don't resolve tho right?
