Honestly would dump the green.  I get that {strangleroot Geist} would awesome with {drogskol captain} but I think you run too much risk of mana screw with this config.  The only other green in here is Gavony and Rampant Growth.....dump em all IMHO.  W/U spirit decks with tokens are good enough without strangleroots awesomeness.  Run 4 {cackling counterpart}.....copy the captain FTW the counterpart is good to copy the 4/4 angels before the die as well

I do agree that you are probably going to have some issues with color in this deck.  Double green for {Strangelroot Geist} mixed with the 1WB of the {Drogskol Captian} will mean you are either very lucky, or heavily dependent on your {Birds of Paradise}.

If you really feel the need to run tri-color, I wouldn't risk having {Gavony Township}.

2 {Glacial Fortress}
2 {Sunpetal Grove}
4 {Razorfield Ticket}
4 {Seachrome Coast}
2 {Moorland Huant}
2 {Evolving Wilds}
3 {Forest}
3 {Plains}
1 {Island}
This is what I would try to do with these colors. Although not exatly like this but this was just off the top of my head. See if u can work with something like this.

Parallel lives is ridiculous with lingering souls. Run more dual lands to get the 1 black you need for flashback. If you get parallel lives out, lingering souls gives you 8 1/1 flyers for 4 mana. Beat down!
