How does the mana cost of {entreat the angels} work?
If you cast it for its miracle cost you get as many angels as you tapped for x. If you cast it for its normal cmc you would get half as many angels as you tapped for x. Hopefully that's clear enough.
{Entreat the Angels}
Ok so if you're casting it from your hand and you have 7 white mana available then you are paying www xx xx so you are going to get 2 4/4 angels. But, if you get entreat when you draw from your deck then you pay ww xxxxx so you get 5 4/4 angels. A lot better than casting it. So for the former you have to pay x twice .

Exactly, so a huge difference. But if this is incorrect and anyone can correct us, please feel free.

Everything here is correct. The values for X must all be paid, so a double X value would only get you one angel per two mana spent on X. Quite a difference indeed!
That guy is missing some basic MtG knowledge sorry to say
Also it should be notes that if you miracle an {Entreat the Angels} for 5, making 3 angels, its CMC would become 9, for any cards such as {Mystic Genesis}
This can be seen in rule 107.3g
