So my lgs is charging 13$ plus tax for a booster an 400$ a box for mm. I can buy it cheaper from Craigslist or heck even online! Who do they think there joking????

From talking to some of the regulars that were there at the moment, they won't. They gave me a shop down the way charging the msrb for them and me and my girl went and got ours there. Can't beat 7 bucks a pack. Got a box for 200. My lgs just is getting too greedy lately, switching of managers is the main reason I think they are charging so much for the mm. They still had their first shipment of the boxes so it looks like a lot of us didn't buy from them.

Nowhere within 100 miles of me sold them for less than $10 pack. I think $10 is reasonable, honestly. More than that is greedy. But again, I bet they'll sell the packs they have. People will buy them by the single pack instead of by the box.
I can certainly agree that anything more then ten is greed.most likely will sell them , but the shop just lost some really nice tourney players with his move. Like I said got our packs from a farther away shop for seven a piece, which was nice.
One lgs here is charging 11$ a pack and the other is just doing drafts 30$ no buying packs, someone pulled a foil {Dark Confidant} then sold it. Sigh.

I was playing draft and i passed packs that i felt good about twice. First one has tarmogoyf. The next ones had dark confidant and sword of light and shadow. I wanna kill myself

Lol I went to my local lgs that I will play at. I picked up three pack. He rang me up I seen $40 on the register I put the pack back and said never mind. Lol then he told me he's the cheapest in the city. I work all over the city I still see them for $10 a pack.

I have seen them go from 230 on up...not sure what EBay you have..lol
I bought a few packs for $13... Kinda angry when you get $1 rates out of $13 packs. I just couldn't wait...
Then my box arrived yesterday, that I got for $175 and the first pack I opened was a foil Bob with a Ravager and a spell snare first pack.

I've also scored two swords of fire and ice, both planeswalkers cryptic command and several other good rares. By far te foil bob made my day!
I got 3 boxes at $645 after tax. I'm happy. After a couple years I can sell 2 for more than what I payed for all 3!
