Can you play to Jace planes walkers if they one is jace beleren and one jace, memory adept or no because their both jace

No, both jace. The subtype is what you need to pay attention to.

Am I allowed to do

Or is that a thing for higher rankings than me?

In the new rules you can play both, but you destroy one as they both cannot stay on battlefield at the same time. In old rules they both would wipe each other out. New rules go into effect sometime in July .
