No, both jace. The subtype is what you need to pay attention to.

You cannot judge your own case.
In the new rules you can play both, but you destroy one as they both cannot stay on battlefield at the same time. In old rules they both would wipe each other out. New rules go into effect sometime in July .
This wasn't my case. I responded to someone else. So am I allowed to do the resolved thing?
