In order to play untappers he needs land to untap and with that land it might be hard

Isn't it going to be counter-productive using Forsaken City with Stasis?Most Stasis decks build around counter spells and untappers.

{Forsaken City} has an exile trigger at UK. That turns a card into mana with {Stasis} out. I call that a win.
