Hey guys I'm just wondering if I had a creature out with extort and the play my {Pontiff of Blight} does the original creature get two lots of extort?
The answer is right on the card
"If a creature has multiple instances of extort, each trigger separately."
Although you will have to pay for each instances of extort separately.

Just to make it clear as well. Your creature would basically have two separate extort triggers. You would have to pay for one or the other (or both). Your Creature would read like this.

(1) Extort
(1) Some other ability
