You would be able to run blue colored cards in your deck because he doesn't have blue in his converted mana cost. If your play group doesn't mind then you can because it's only a casual format!  I like the deck idea though I think it would be fun:)

Blue cards are legal. {Memnarch} has blue in its color identity, so blue cards are fine.

Yep your on the money there!! Also makes  {Bosh, Iron Golem} a legit general!

That's awesome!! I thought It had to be in their converted mana cost. Thanks for clearing that up

I think you need {Darksteel Forge} in the deck. Having {Mycosynth Lattice} in the deck makes it that much harder to deal with {Memnarch}. Plus {Training Grounds} works great with {Memnarch}.

30 lands might no be enough usually a commander deck uses somewhere from 37 to 42

The lands are only so low since there are like 8 mana producers in it but yeah with some play testing I've come to realize I need more land
