I think no. Just because if they did, then people would lean more to rakdos, simic decks.
That's fine they don't get much love, though rakdos has been rising in popularity.
Infect doesn't have anything to do with this block as far as I can tell. If anything, a reprint of something Battalion-like.
Infect WAS great, and it's boss with {Necropolis Regent}
