So overplayed but it's a very strong deck (hence why it's overplayed)

To be fair this isn't the typical Prime Speaker bant. Trostani is my main centerpiece and I have no board wipes aside from {Cyclonic Rift}.
True but still

This build he made is not even close to the "over played" build you are talking about.

Populate decks must run {Parallel Lives}.

+1 here. Deffinetly can see this being insane in this deck.

I have 2 issues with {Parallel Lives}. One, it makes no immediate impact on the board state. Two, I'm not focusing on token production, but rather, on playing fatties that can end the game on their own. The reason I added token producers is to take advantage of trostani's populate ability. She is included really for her life gaining mechanic but if I get the added bonus of populate then it works out ok.
{rhox faithmender}
Is crazy with all of your life gain

He could be however he doesn't bring much else to the table. Most of my other creatures are good beaters as well as good utility. (Aside from {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice}.)
I'll think about it though I'm not sure he'll make the cut.
I have a similar deck but i play {Voice of Resurgence} and use the {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} to populate those tokens who becomes monsters

I've thought about {Voice of Resurgence} before but I think I prefer a midrange bomb over an early game decent creature. Depending on {trostani selesnyas voice} too much can be detrimental to the play of the deck I think.
But... Besides trostani where is tge populate??? I say the combo of {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} populate. {Cackling counterpart} {Parallel Lives}. :)

Since seeing {ratchet bomb}'s reprint I decided to take it in a different direction. Trostani's populate was just convenient for naming purposes, mostly I just focus on life gain lol.

Lol. But then why call it live long and populate? Why not "Lemme gain a Bunch o' Life" lol
Well then. If you are after lifegain you should play {Rhox Faithmender}. It's 100% synergy with that part of your deck.
For my suggestion, I would replace {Prime Speaker Zegana} with {Master Biomancer}. I nothing else it's a great target for the mimic, an of its out when you are populating anything, you can make some mighty big tokens.
Even a late game pilgrim or arbor elf is not a dead card.

My reason for not including {Rhox Faithmender} goes beyond synergy. He is fairly dependent on {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice} being out an he isn't really a threat on his own. Every other creature here brings more to the table.
{Prime Speaker Zegana} is my only source of card draw and usually comes when my hand has bee nearly emptied this refills my hand allowing me to dig for answers if nessiccary. {Master Biomancer} does make things big but he doesn't draw me cards. I just swapped him out for the {Advent of the Wurm}s.
Bumpity bump bump
Because its a cooler catchier name

Exactly. I have this deck on Tappedout.net with a gif of Leonard Nimoy embedded in it.
Just dropped 2 {Progenitor Mimic} for 1 more {Advent of the Wurm} and 1 more {Cyclonic Rift}.
{Progenitor Mimic} is amazing but he's often a dead card and it's rather annoying to have dead cards.
