I'm curious, what is your lgs' local meta (commonly played colors or specific decks)?
Our store has a lot, and i mean like 90% play it, of esper superfriends/control decks.
Last fnm i went to 1st-5th was all esper control. Ridiculous....
So what's yours?
Atogs... Nothing but atogs! (Maybe that was a nightmare I was having)
Mine is pretty diverse. It's a good mix of agro, midrange, and control, and well split betwern net decks and homebrews. I run my heavy-red Naya agro homebrew, we have junk rites, Esper control, boros agro, Naya blitz, America control, grixis control, and plenty others. And that's just standard.

I got a good chuckle out of this one. Someone remembers the good old {Psychatog} and Mirrodin atogs!

Most of the good people at my lgs run either esper control (or some twisted form of it) or green white black.
Wat is the name for red blue green? That's the colors of my deck and I would like to know.
That is rug my friend, r(red)u(blue)g(green)

I ment like esper, or something. Does it not exist?
I guess a better question is what are the names for tri colors. Like esper, etc. for the people who haven't been playing that long.

My FNM is like Gorzo's. Any deck can be found any given friday. Control usually wins when my friend doesn't, which is actually saying something. He runs a brutal naya deck right now. It seems to be the perfect balance between blitz and midrange. He also has a BWGr reanimator that is better, but naya is more fun to play in his opinion (something about the complete boringness of "casting" {Thragtusk} 8 times a game).
Trends aside, a deck that has taken FNM by surprise lately is a gruul deck that uses things like {Boneyard Wurm}, {Vexing Devil}, haste, {Fling}, and bloodrush to crush the opponent. Nobody expects a {Fling}. Nobody.
Does it resemble the Spanish Inquisition?
