Should a user ever be unbanned, whether their ban time has expired or simply have been forgiven, their name will be removed from this list.
Glossary:
Scamming/theft - Stole, took, or scammed users out of cards in trades. This is theft, illegal, and completely unacceptable.
Trolling - Engaged in excessive harmful behavior towards other users. This can/does include flaming, insulting, spamming, instigating, karma stalking/spamming, and so on.
Repeated lying - Lying is against IMtG law. Lying habitually becomes a serious nuisance to the community as a whole, and may result in a ban if persisting.
Law broken=#### - was banned due to breaking the specified iMtG law.
