Definitely still needs some work. What should I add/drop and have more/less of? Looking to do this on somewhat of a budget so keep that in mind. No  {Liliana of the Veil} x 4 and all the shocklands.

What's your win condition?

The main thing I can suggest is more play sets. But that's after you've established your winning condition.

Exactly what I was going to say. So establish how you're going to win then build your deck around it and have every card in your deck aid that win con

Good way of thinking about building a deck, hadn't really ever thought about it that way. That said I'd like to exploit the extort mechanic and drain the opponent but being able to stick around long enough with the life gain.

Ok cool so look for cards that help extort so play lots if spells and creature with extort. Hope this helps

Good suggestions. I was thinking less aggressive than all those flyers though. The other changes are right on although  {Ghost Council of Orzhova} and the dual lands are expensive.

Ya but they're worth it bc GTes are so slow whereas for dual lands you can (usually) tap right away

If you really want to exploit extort run 4 {Pontiff of Blight}'s.

I would personally run 3-4  {Crypt Ghast}. It's great to get extra mana for extort or ramping up to your big guys

Yeah pontif doesn't seem that useful considering how much extort is already in the deck.

With 4 Crypt fasts mana isn't as big of a problem. I don't run the Pontifs in my deck. He just said he likes extort so I offered.
