Why not  {Izzet Charm}

More burn than control, and take out glaring spotlight (doesn't fit). Otherwise, I really like it. Why not add a bit of defense? Right now, attack decks might slay you.

 {Izzet Charm},  {Delver of Secrets},  {Talrand, Sky Summoner}, and  {Guttersnipe} should be in this deck rather than other creatures you have

Like take out the  {Turn // Burn} and  {Izzet Keyrune}s and replace them with other cards bc turn and burn is way too expensive and Izzet key rune just isn't good to replace turn and burn look at  {Rapid Hybridization} then go in for a searing spear which costs you 3 mana (for both) or an  {Unsummon} which costs you 2 mana only disadvantage is you lose card advantage but for a creature that has more than 4 toughness it's tough to destroy anyway so 2 cards to kill it is very reasonable especially when it's only 3 or 2 conv. mana cost

I dunno, I kind of disagree about the Turn and Burn card. Its fantastic. It can take down some really awesome things for next to nothing, (which can be really hard to do with Izzet colours). I mean, you have barely any chance of burning a creature that is stronger than 4 and considering it single handedly takes down Thragtusk with no token left over, is fantastic.
Also great to be used as a combat trick. So you can effectively take down an attacking {Griselbrand} with an {Archaeomancer} and then burn another creature for two (or two to the face). In my opinion, its a very under-rated card.

That's true I was just suggesting an alternative but remember the lower the man curve the better like an instant turns that  {Griselbrand} into a 3/3 fire ever and to do that only pay U is pretty great!
Also I'm not sure on the ruling of  {Snapcaster Mage} and fuse cards bc it's target instant or sorcery so idk if you can play both. I know it wasn't in your plan but in case it pops up.
Lastly, again put in  {Delver of Secrets}!! Amazing card for Izzet!

Nah split cards can only be played with 'fuse' from the hand, so you pick one side or the other.
