While those do sound interesting, I do not think it is any of the above. First love is an emotion, which the answer cannot be. Lady parts while an interesting answer I dont think works because the riddle is in past tense and the answer is something that fades to a memory.
Strike that. Is the answer a Fetus (or possibly and aborted fetus)?

I read something somewhere, I forget, about a girl who said that she was going to get pregnant often, and abort it, and then keep the fetus in a jar. Then, whenever she did have a kid, and the kid misbehaved, they'd have to spend time in the Fetus Room.
She will have by far the most disturbed children ever
