I Guess so but In that case wouldn't it be better in causal? Any way I do want to have a standard sliver deck so I decided to get moving on it now...
You really should wait for the full set spoiler to brew. I'm all for working on decks with the new set, but there are a lot of cards left to be spoiled, probably including more slivers.
