Looks like a fun deck!

Remember that you only win by doing damage to your opponent.  Gaining life is good but it won't win the game for you.  That said I think you need to drop some life gain in favor of some stuff that does damage.

I suggest dropping {elixir of immortality} for {chalice of life}.  You may also want to include an end game finisher like {sorin's vengeance}.  Both of these cards fit your theme but the key
is that they are causing damage to your opponent.

I like your suggestions. Mainly because they are low cost but nice touches to it. Mainly I think my deck is going to be about lasting until I can steal your turn and (since the majority of players I face are Izzet or Rakdos) use your instants on yourself

{Exquisite Blood}
Also I'm looking for
{Vectis Dominator}
And well if I can get the
{Silence}
{isochron scepter}
Combo I will be happy
