I would personally do this:
-4 {Blood Artist}
-1 {Demonic Taskmaster}
+2 {Geralf's Messenger}
+3 {Vampire Nighthawk}

My reasoning is this, the {Blood Artist} isn't Aggro enough. Wouldn't you rather play a Messenger and have them lose 2 life right away and have a threat on the board that they're afraid to kill? The Artist requires guys to die, which is cool and all, and I'm sure they will, but he just seems too slow. Having more aggression seems better. Also, dropping one Taskmaster is a good thing, he's a beast! Given. But he also clears your board if you're not careful. Leaving some in garuntees that you can still get the early beats and gives you a sac outlet for Messenger, but it also sees that you won't see him every game, especially when you really don't want to lose part of your field. Dropping him altogether might be the best option, but that's entirely up to you. Of course the last addition, {Vampire Nighthawk}. What's not to love? He has evasion, life gain, and can kill ANYTHING that doesn't have First Strike/Double Strike or is indestructible. Which just so happens to be about 90% of cards in Standard. His life gain also makes the mirror (another Aggro deck) wary of attacking. "Should I swing with both of my guys, lose one, and deal literally no damage thanks to Nighthawks life gain? Crap...".

My 2 cents, you may take it or leave it.

I would also consider {Mutilate} and {Gloom Surgeon} in the sideboard for Aggro. Some Aggro decks simply just have an advantage on you and storm the board way faster than you can (Looking at you {Burning-Tree Emissary} and any mana dork ever). By siding in {Mutilate}, all you really have to do is get to turn 4 and then wipe the board, then your opposition is left top decking, and if you're smart, you're not, or you just have a {Blood Scrivener} lol. And {Gloom Surgeon}, he's just plain ridiculous against the mirror. He's a very unique form of indestructible. Yes he causes you to mill yourself, but the payoff is usually always worth it. Their guy dies, you miss a couple draws, and? You have a whole deck left. Assuming it didn't just mill playsets of answers, you should be good to go my friend! He's also kinda funky to deal with, having him and a Messenger on the board really makes your opponent think hard on what to {Pillar of Flame}.
