Today at my game the ball was pitched and it nailed me right on my nose. It broke the hemlet and knocked it clean off my head. So what I do, pick up the broken helmet put it on and start to run to first base.

I tore something in my lower back and never discovered what it was haha. Just did PT for 2 years and went right on like nothing happened, but it still aches 4 years later.

I fence... I probably don't need to say more! Poking each other with rapiers generally leads to injury. I've broken ribs more times than I can count, and my knees will probably never be the same. They ache quite a bit. Regardless, I love the sport and don't plan to stop any time soon!

This didn't happen to me but some kid broke his femur during a soccer practice

Broke my left ankle playing Volleyball in a school gym class in about 8th grade.

I have had my nose broken around 10 times. Most through dumb crap but once in baseball (helmet off as a catcher and the guy hit me in the face when he crashed me) and twice playing pick-up basketball games.

Also thanks to being a catcher my knees are shot.

Had a ton of other broken bones. Not fragile just insanely reckless in my youth.

I was jumping rope once in bare feet with a plastic jump rope.  I hit my big toe with the rope and chipped the bone.  I couldn't bend it at all without it hurting.  I had to go into surgery to get it removed after I had like 10 x rays and an MRI.
So you're missing a toe??? Holy fack

No, the piece of chipped bone had to be removed.  It was just a tiny piece.

That makes my toes feel funny......

I'm teasing you.  Don't take life so seriously.  Mine is more embarising than yours.  I thought everyone would realize that and give me crap about it.

Could you clarify, please?

I know this isn't sports related but you said go on

Oh okay,
I was spending the night at his house, it was close to 1:00 in the morning and he asks me "Do you want to have s** with me?"
I of course say no, I can't exactly call my parents for a ride at 1:00 and I didn't have a phone with me.

Failing at jumping rope and getting hospitalized, come on. That's pathetic.

I was expecting everyone to call me out and say "you failed at jumping rope you moron!!!  Don't give me crap about my injury!"

I can't jump rope and ride bike so your injury is perfectly fine

Probably just joked it off, honestly.  Granted, a lot of my friends are pretty awkward sometimes, so I probably wouldn't have taken him seriously.
